​Helping hands program - 2025 renewal

Dear Sanitation Customer,

We are reaching out to update our records for the Helping Hands Program, which provides eligible customers with weekly assistance for garbage and recycling roll cart collection. To ensure your continued participation, we kindly ask that you renew your enrollment in the program. This renewal process allows us to ensure your eligibility for participation in the program. Additionally, please note that moving forward, re-enrollment will be required every two years to maintain accurate records.

How to renew enrollment in the Helping Hands Program:

To continue receiving Helping Hands services, please complete the Helping Hands Application and Declaration of Special Need form. We will send you reminders when it is time to renew, along with detailed instructions to guide you through the process.

Submit your completed forms no later than September 31, 2025, using one of the following methods:

Online Submission:
• Visit Dallas.gov.
• Click on the “Request a Service” link.
• Select the “Sanitation Helping Hands” service.
• Enter the required information, upload your completed forms, and click Submit.

Mail or Drop Off - Send or deliver your completed forms to:
