Contact the Director's Office at (214) 670-3555, or email SanitationDirector@dallas.gov with details of your service issue. Someone from the Director's Office will contact you within 72 hours to provide assistance.

2023 Brush and Bulky Item Collection Calendar Available For Download

The 2023 brush and bulky item collection calendar will be included in December city utility bills (water bills). You can also download a printable copy here in English and Español.
New Recycling and Garbage Collection Days Effective The Week of December 5

Sanitation will implement a collection re-route that will change recycle and garbage collection days for many Sanitation customers. New collection service days are scheduled to begin December 5, 2022.
