Service Advisory: Southwest (Westmoreland) Transfer Station
The Southwest (Westmoreland) Transfer Station will be closed for residential drop-off from Monday, January 16 through Friday, January 20, 2023. The McCommas Bluff Landfill and all other transfer stations will be open during their regularly scheduled residential drop-off hour. NOTICE: CHANGE IN TRANSFER STATION HOURS OF OPERATION FOR RESIDENT DISPOSAL
Beginning December 5, 2022, the transfer station hours of operation accepting resident's hauling their own home waste will be changing. Please see the updated hours of operation in the below.

BEGINNING DECEMBER 5, 2022
Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Saturday - 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday, CLOSED
Open to Dallas residents only, NO commercial customers.
There is no charge for Dallas residents in passenger cars, station wagons, pickups, and trailers less than 15 feet long hauling their own waste from their residences to the landfill or transfer station
A valid driver’s license is required to enter the facility. You must also show proof of Dallas residency using either a government-issued ID with a valid city of Dallas address, or a current City of Dallas Utility Bill (water bill) in the name of the person entering the facility.
