Residential Plumbing
  • ​Plumbing Rough Below Floor Level inside foundation inspection
  • Plumbing Rough Below Grade outside foundation inspection

Residential/Multifamily
  • ​Plumbing Top Out/Rough Above Floor/Shower Pan inspection
  • Mechanical Rough Abov​e Floor Level inspection

Residential/Commercial Plumbing & Mechanical – Final Inspections
  • ​Plumbing Final/Customer Service inspections
  • Mechanical Final inspections
Please ensure that these inspections are requested together and scheduled for the same day. This change will help us reduce the number of stops and make the most efficient use of our inspectors' time.
