3414 Elm Street​

One of the last remaining wood frame commercial buildings in downtown Dallas, it has served as the local lodge hall for the German fraternal order of the same name since its construction in 1911. Once including a bowling alley, it still houses a large ballroom/auditorium and a large carved wood bar sent from Germany.
