Mobility Planning provides technical analysis for transportation projects related to thoroughfares, bicycle, pedestrian facilities, transit, freeways, and toll ways.

We identify transportation-related infrastructure needed to support economic development. This service includes coordinating with City departments, cities, counties, and state/regional agencies to plan and fund projects of mutual interest. We also update and implement the Thoroughfare Plan, Central Business District Streets and Vehicular Circulation Plan (CBD Plan), Bike Plan, Complete Streets, and Streetcar Planning.
