Camp Wisdom Ro​​ad Pedestrian Improvements

​TPW hosted a meeting from ​on Aug. 27, 2026, at Singing Hills Recreation Center, 6805 Patrol Way, in Dallas to discuss proposed pedestrian improvements to Camp Wisdom Road from Westmoreland Road to U.S. 67.

​Garland Road Vision 2.0

TPW has scheduled two open-house meetings to launch a community-led planning effort to develop a vision for the Garland Road corridor's future. The corridor study will identify opportunities for improvements that make the road safer for everyone, that reflect neighborhood character, and that will guide future public and private investment. ​​TPW will host an in-person meeting to discuss potential traffic safety improvements along McCommas Boulevard between McKinney Avenue and Skillman Street. The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2026, at Geneva Heights Elementary School, 5895 Goodwin Avenue, in Dallas.​
