​The Dallas Department of Transportation and Public Work​s hosts public meetings to provide information and gather public input on current and future initiatives that impact transportation planning, traffic safety and mobility in Dallas.  Public meetings hosted by external agencies are posted with links to their respective transportation initiatives.

​Gaston Ave./Tucker Street Intersection Improvements
TPW hosted an in-person meeting to discuss potential transportation safety improvements for the Gaston Avenue-Tucker Street intersection in eastern Dallas. The meeting was held scheduled on March 12, 2026, at Samuell Grand Recreation Center, 6200 E. Grand Ave., Dallas, TX 75223. ​Upcoming Meetings

​​​Jupiter Road Corridor Improvements (Vision Zero)
TPW will host an in-person meeting to discuss potential transportation safety improvements along the Jupiter Road corridor between Garland Road (Texas 78) and IH 635. This street segment is on the high-injury network (HIN), according to the city's Vision Zero initiative. The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Martha Turner Reilly Elementary School, 11230 Lippitt Ave., Dallas, TX 75218.
