​The Dallas Department of Transportation and Public Works hosts public meetings to provide information and gather public input on current and future initiatives that impact transportation planning, traffic safety and mobility in Dallas.  Public meetings hosted by external agencies are posted with links to their respective transportation initiatives.

Masters Drive/St. Augustine Transportation Safety Study
TPW hosted a joint meeting with Council Districts 5 and 7 on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Prairie Creek Library, 9609 Lake June Road, in Dallas. At the meeting, attendees discussed potential transportation safety improvements for the North Masters Drive and St. Augustine Road corridors between U.S. 175 and Military Parkway. These corridors are on the high injury network (HIN), according to the city's Vision Zero Action Plan. Public comments will be accepted through May 31, 2025.

Shared Dockless Vehicle Program -- Proposed Changes 
TPW conducted a public hearing on April 29, 2025, at the L1FN Auditorium at City Hall, 1500 Marilla St., in Dallas. Proposed changes to the city's shared dockless vehicle program were discussed. Those proposals are available for review on the Shared Dockless Vehicle Program website, as well as how to submit public comments about the proposals. Public comments will be accepted through May 10, 2025.
