Our mission is to provide accurate, timely information to the public and construction professionals through our streamlined online process. All requests are processed online only through our online request portal.

Processing Times

Fire Hydrant and Water/Wastewater Maps:

  • Requests before 2 p.m. – Same-day processing
  • Requests after 2 p.m. – Next business day processing
  • Utility Engineering Design Sheets take 1 to 2 business days (up to 3 days during high-volume periods)

FAQs

1. Can my request be processed faster if I make the request in person?

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis through the Formstack Request portal. Coming to our office will not speed up the process. Walk-ins will still be directed to complete the online form.

2. Do you provide public or private sewer/water service connection maps?

No, we do not provide public or private sewer/water service connection maps.

3. How can I request stormwater infrastructure information?
