​The Septic to Sewer Assistance Program is now accepting applications. The program assists eligible single-family residential properties in authorized geographic areas with converting from an onsite sewer facility (OSSF), or septic system, to connect to the city's water and wastewater (sanitary sewer) mains.

Applicants may download and print the application and submit it to begin the eligibility process. Applications may be submitted by email to DWUSepticToSewer@dallas.gov, by mail to Dallas Water Utilities, 1500 Marilla Street, Room 2AN, Dallas, TX 75201, or in person at City Hall, 1500 Marilla Street, Room 2AN, Dallas, TX 75201. Applicants may also call 214-670-3155.
