DWU provides financial assistance to eligible customers through the Operation WaterShare program. Customers can determine their eligibility for financial assistance by calling one of the offices listed below to schedule an appointment.

​TO DONATE

​DWU customers can easily make donations to Operation WaterShare by simply adding a tax-deductible donation to their online payment, mailed water bill statement or by mailing a check.

Online donations can be made through a one-time payment or AutoPay via your DallasGo account, or by using the Guest Pay feature. Follow these steps to make an online donation:

DallasGo one-time payment donations

1. Log in to your account and then click on the “Pay My Bill" tab on the left-hand side of the screen once you log in.
2. After selecting the account you would like to donate under, you can select the Operation Watershare box under the “Optional Donation" section and add the amount you would like to donate. If you do not have a balance to be paid, a $1.00 minimum must be added to the “Payment Amount" to process the transaction. If a balance is due, you can simply add the donation to the payment amount.

DallasGo AutoPay user donations

1. Log in to your account and click on the “AutoPay" tab on the left side of the screen.
2. Select the account you would like to donate under, then click continue.
3. Under “Payment Details", you may select the Operation Watershare box and the amount you would like to donate recurring monthly on your AutoPay payment.

Guest Pay users may also donate online

1. When selecting your payment method, you can choose the Operation Watershare box under the “Optional Donation" section and enter the amount you would like to donate. If you do not have a balance to be paid, a $1.00 minimum must be added to the “Payment Amount" to process the transaction. If a balance is due, you can simply add the donation to the payment amount.​
