Facility tours are available upon request and can be scheduled Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. To schedule a tour, please use the Tour Request Form or email CWWTPTours@dallas.gov with any questions.                      

Please provide the following when submitting a tour request:                     

• Group name
• Proposed date or dates of tours
• Group size
• Special accommodations
