​Operations Information

The Central Wastewater Treatment Plant (CWWTP) has 35 operators licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Standard treatment processes reduce the following amount of solids from the effluent:

• Solids - 97%
• Ammonia - 94%
• Carbonaceous and Biological Oxygen Demand - 98%                                                                                                                                                 

Maintenance Information

The CWWTP has four dedicated electricians on staff and receives 13.2 KV of power supply from two substations.
