​Operations Information - The Central Wastewater Treatment Plant (CWWTP) has 35 operators licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Standard treatment processes reduce the following amount of solids from the effluent:

• Solids - 97%
• Ammonia - 94%
• Carbonaceous and Biological Oxygen Demand - 98%                                                                                                                                                 

Maintenance Information - The CWWTP has four dedicated electricians on staff and receives 13.2 KV of power supply from two substations.
