To begin the Board of Adjustment process, submit a complete set of required prescreen documents for staff review. Staff will review the prescreen materials to determine whether the proposed development requires Board of Adjustment action. Applications cannot be formally accepted until all required prescreen materials have been received and reviewed. Once instructed by staff, applicants may submit the formal application through DallasNow. Please do not submit an application through DallasNow unless you have been specifically instructed by staff to do so.
