    Milestones/Updates:

    Completed development of Draft Place type toolkit, which serves to present the preliminary future land use mixes that will be used to begin the conversation with the community related to desired places in the community. Completion of Existing Conditions Report, which serves as the starting point of land use analytics and scenario development Initiation of Land Use Visioning Workshops and near completion of 1st round of engagement. This round covered the 7 service planning districts in the city. The next round of engagement will drill down into the planning areas of focus.

    The board of directors held the corporation's inaugural board meeting on October 11, 2022. Officers were elected and committees were selected. The board established a hiring committee to launch the search for a CEO.

    A revised Statement of Work was provided in October 2022 and was still not satisfactory nor did it meet the Department's requirements. Vendor eliminated project timeline, payment terms and milestones were deleted or left out, additional sections added from previous submittal, training portion of contract was decreased, Solution Inventory notes were not clarified. DSD staff is meeting with the vendor, ITS, Procurement the week of October 31, 2022 to finalize negotiations.
