City of Dallas Self Service Password Reset & Enrollment

The City of Dallas uses Okta for secure self-service password reset solution to maintain user productivity and reduce the burden on IT staff.

  • You must know your current password.
  • Enter your Username (email address) and password (email password).
Reset Password
  • You must already be enrolled in Okta.
  • The user has the option to receive either an email, voice call or an SMS message containing a password reset code.
  • The user must answer a security question to verify identity. This security question and answer is created when users enroll in Okta MFA.
