On the main page you can read about the score, attributes used and pull up the Methodology for the scoring. 

In the upper right, you can click on the Map button,

 Once on the  Map page,  Search for Dallas, Tx on left.  From there you can easily zoom in, zoom out and move the map.  If you click on a specific plot, the data and score will show up on the column on the left.
