Program Requirement Checklist

The following are required of Single Family Rental Properties before beginning the application process:

Registration and renewal fees are $43 for each rental property such as the following:

• Single Family Residence

• Duplex unit

• Condominium Unit

Documents required to have before you begin your online registration process:

• A valid government Issued Photo ID (ex: passport, driver's license, photo ID card)
• SFRP Owner's Self-Inspection Checklist 
• Affidavit of Single Dwelling Unit Rental

Document required only if the property is not a rental property:

• Affidavit of Exemption - Rental Registration 
• Chapter 27 Handbook (Minimum Property Standards)

Optional documents but not required:

• SFRP Crime Prevention Lease Addendum 
• Insurance contact details  
• Lien Holder Information 
  

* An owner who enters into a written lease shall, upon the occupant's request, provide the occupant with a written lease in the occupant's primary language, if the primary language is English, Spanish, or Vietnamese*
