​Graffiti (Ch. 31 Section 38(b))

In FY 16/17 the Code Compliance Department cleaned over 4,390 graffiti sites.

An owner shall remove all graffiti from the property that is visible from any public property or right-of-way or from any private property other than the property on which the graffiti exists. The Code Compliance Department Graffiti Control & Prevention Program can assist with graffiti removal. Failure to remove the graffiti may result in a citation.
