The Code Compliance Department consist of three divisions: Neighborhood Code, Nuisance Abatement, and Consumer Health.

Annually, the department of Code Compliance handles over 300,000 service request, 14,000 routine food establishment inspections, 866 multi-family, and 10,000 single-family rental property inspections, 38,000 lots mowed, and 1.7 million pounds of litter and debris removed.
