    AT&T Access provides low-cost internet service for eligible households.

    COX's Connect2Compete program is available for households who have at least one K-12 student and participate in a government assistance program.

    Mediacom offers a simple, affordable way to help students get quality home internet.

    Optimum and Suddenlink are committed to keeping communities connected with free Internet at home for 60 days.

    Sparklight is providing low-cost internet to assist families in need during the COVID-19 crisis.

    Spectrum Internet Assist offers high-speed internet at an affordable price to qualified households.

    Xfinity is bringing affordable high-speed internet if you are eligible for public assistance programs.

  • The internet is changing the way we experience healthcare. Patients can connect to vital healthcare services easily and online from the comfort of their home, whether health education services, mental health consultations or doctor-patient consultations.

    BaylorScott&White uses MyBSWHealth on a smartphone, computer or tablet.

    Medical City Healthcare offers several telehealth options from screenings to the ER.

    Methodist Now offers virtual visits with Methodist Family Health Center Doctors.

    Parkland Connect allows patients to connect with any mobile device or computer.

    Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas includes access to free job matching and current opportunities across North Texas.

    Goodwill's Job Connection Centers provide a positive, supportive environment where anyone can access resources and learn skills to conduct a job search.

    The Community Resources Welcoming Hub, created by the City of Dallas, includes employment opportunities, services, and more in over 100 languages.

    AARP offers resources to those 50+ to find employment opportunities.


  • Want to go back to school, get a certification, learn something new? Additional training and education improves earning potential, job prospects and job security. High-speed internet access at home connects family members to the resources they need to further their education and build new job skills.

    The City of Dallas lists public benefits such as training workshops and continuing education, available to you and in your zip code.

    CollegeWorks provides information on colleges and organizations offering training in high-demand career fields.

    Dallas College offers several continuing education and certifications programs.

    Vocational TrainingHQ offers free training programs to help individuals advance their careers.

    Dallas County Promise is a coalition of school districts, colleges, universities, employers, and communities that have joined forces to help more Dallas County students complete college and begin careers.

  • Federal Reserve of Dallas The Dallas Fed is working with several communities in our region to better understand the barriers they face in expanding access to broadband. They help find cost-effective, long-term solutions to permanently close the digital divide.

    Their goals are for each community to achieve a sustainable strategy for connecting all residents to the internet and to share lessons learned to help advance digital inclusion across the region and nation.

  • United Way Dallas and partner agencies offer free digital skills training to provide new career pathways for our North Texas neighbors.

    The programs cover the basics of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as how to stay safe online, protect your personal information and set up a voicemail and an email address. No prior computer experience is required.

  • Compudopt Applicants can register to receive a free computer using the computer giveaway registration link. Names will be chosen randomly based on the available inventory 3-days prior to distribution dates. To qualify, you must not have access to a working computer at home, and you must have a child in pre-K-12 education (up to age 20) in the Dallas area (Garland, Mesquite, Oakcliff, South Dallas, Pleasant Grove, Bishop Arts, Fair Park, Irving, Arlington, Rowlett, North Dallas, Plano). 

    Selected recipients will be notified by email and/or text message to complete the RSVP process to pick up their computer at a drive-thru distribution site.
