Alias Warrant:

*Notice: Each violation has a $50.00 fee added if it goes into warrant status.


An Alias warrant is when the defendant fails to make an appearance. Either by not taking care of the original class C citation or by not appearing at Court as promised.


Options for resolving an Alias Warrant (Capias) warrant:

  • Online; 

  • Phone with AllPaid;   

  • Retail Store with AllPaid;

  • Mail (cashier’s check or money order) Mailing certified is recommended but is not required;   

  • In-Person;   

  • Request a payment plan;  

  • Pay in full for deferred disposition (probation);   

  • Post a cash bond to receive a court date. The amount of the citation is also the amount of the cash bond. The defendant must be in-person at the Court; 

  • Plead guilty or no contest and go to proof or plea (walk-in) court;

  • Hire an attorney (If you have hired an attorney to represent your case(s), the Court will communicate all matters through the attorney. Contact the attorney's office for advisement or status of your citation(s).);

  • If you are arrested, you may be able to post a bond to be released from jail. 

Capias Pro-Fine Warrant:

A capias pro-fine warrant is when the defendant has a guilty judgment and fails to comply with the Court’s orders.


Options for resolving a Capias Pro-Fine warrant:

  • Online; 

  • Phone with AllPaid;   

  • Retail Store with AllPaid;

  • Mail (cashier’s check or money order) Mailing certified is recommended but is not required;   

  • In-Person.
