  • ARPA NRP - American Rescue Plan Act Neighborhood Revitalization Program

    Apply for home repair grant assistance through our American Rescue Plan Act Program.

  • ARPA ST - American Rescue Plan Act Residential Septic Tank Program

    The American Rescue Plan Act Residential Septic Tank Program will provide for the cost of single-family residential homes to convert from On-Site Sewer Facilities (septic systems) to City water/wastewater/sewer utilities.

  • HIPP - Home Improvement & Preservation Program

    Apply for major home repair assistance through our Home Improvement and Preservation Program. Applications are currently not being accepted at this time.

  • DHAP - Dallas Homebuyer Assistance Program

    Provides financial assistance for low-to-moderate income homebuyers, when purchasing a home in the City of Dallas.
