​Reviewing Your Performance Plan

 

  1. Login to Neogov with your email address and password: https://performance.neogov.com

    1. If you need to reset your password send an email to CityUniversity@dallascityhall.com

  2. Scroll down until you see My Evaluations and select the 2018/2019 Annual Performance Evaluation.

  3. In August you want to check to be sure you plan has goals added in the Goals/Responsibilities section.

  4. Also, in August ensure all steps up to the “Rating” section have been completed. See example below for what your Process section of your plan should look like in August. If you don’t see the completed tasks it means your manager has not completed their portion of your evaluation up to this point. The first three tasks should be complete.

  2. Make sure Perform is selected in the top left corner.
  3. Scroll down until you see My Evaluations and select the current year's Annual Performance Evaluation.NeogovEvaluation.png
  4. Prior to September you want to check to be sure your plan has goals added in the Goals/Responsibilities section. If no goals are present please work with your manager to get goals added.NeogovGoals.png
  5. Also, prior to September ensure all steps up to the “Rating” section have been completed. See example below for what your Process section of your plan should look like in before the ratings start.
