Siara’s career is marked by a blend of operational acumen and policy expertise. Prior to joining OCPO, she excelled as an Operations Coordinator at EPS Logix, where she managed cross-functional teams, streamlined daily operations, and collaborated with diverse stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Her leadership in this role underscored her ability to navigate complex organizational challenges while ensuring mission-driven results.
In her earlier role as a Legislative Liaison during a U.S. Senate Campaign, Siara gained in-depth experience in crafting and influencing public policy. She skillfully engaged with communities, promoted strategic outreach initiatives, and fostered relationships with key policymakers.
