Dallas OEM works to continually to improve our plans and programs to mitigate, prepare, respond, and recover from emergencies, incidents, and disasters.

PLANS

The City of Dallas's Master Emergency Operations Basic Plan outlines the City's approach to emergency operations, providing general guidance for emergency management activities.

This is an overview of the City's methods of mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. The plan describes the City's emergency response organization and responsibilities for emergency tasks. This plan provides a framework for more specific responsibilities through accompanying Annexes. This plan applies to all City of Dallas officials, departments, and agencies.

In an effort to continually prepare for weather related incidients, the City of Dallas has installed the following generators.
