Property boundary information for all publicly owned property and right-of-way.​

Beginning June 8th, the Survey Records Vault will be open for research in the Street and Block Folder Room BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, between the hours of 8:00AM and 3:00PM, with the following conditions:

  1. BY APPPOINTMENT ONLY.  Contact Tommy Bullard at tommy.bullard@dallascityhall.com to schedule an appointment.
  2. THIS IS FOR THE FOLDER ROOM ONLY (STREETS AND BLOCKS).
  3. ONLY ONE PERSON AT A TIME WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE VAULT FOR ONE-HOUR PERIODS.
  4. COPIES WILL BE DIGITAL IMAGES ONLY.  YOU MUST USE YOUR CELL PHONE CAMERA.
  5. ALL PERSONS ENTERING THE VAULT MUST WEAR FACE MASKS AND GLOVES (PLASTIC OR SURGICAL), AND MUST KEEP THEM ON AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE VAULT.
  6. VAULT STAFF MAY ASSIST IN ENSURING SIX-FOOT SOCIAL DISTANCING IS BEING OBSERVED.
  7. NO MONEY WILL CHANGE HANDS.
  8. NEVER PUT A FOLDER AWAY.
  9. NEVER TAKE ANYTHING OUT OF A FOLDER.
  10. NEVER MARK ON ANY VAULT DOCUMENT (NO ONE SHOULD HAVE WRITING IMPLEMENTS WITH THEM IN THE VAULT)

Survey Staff will continue to provide digital images of plats, storm-water plans, paving plans, block maps and other digital images using the form found here.
