  Please see the Dallas Development Code, Chapter 51A-4.209(3.1) for more details. No Certificate of Occupancy is required; however City Registration may be required in addition to State licensing. City Registration and distance verification letter requests should be directed to the Department of Code Compliance at 214-670-1972.
