The City of Dallas requires all structures be in compliance with adopted building and design codes, property maintenance, and land use regulations.

Construction codes effective May 12, 2023, or as noted otherwise.
2021 International Code Council codes are effective as of May 12, 2023.
2021 International Fire Code Chapter 16 Dallas Fire Code Amendment is effective as of February 10, 2023
