Christ Episcopal Church
534 West Tenth Street
Christ Episcopal Church is one of the few remaining ecclesiastical interpretations of the Arts and Crafts style in the Dallas area. Built in 1921, the church was designed in the shape of a cruciform and resembles an over-turned ark. The architect is unknown, but the design is based upon St. Martin of Tours Church in Omaha, Nebraska. The church is also a major repository of stained glass windows done primarily by the Jacoby Art Glass Studio of St. Louis, Missouri.
