The Park Brothers Warehouse, constructed in 1926, is significant as an extraordinarily well-built example of a fireproof warehouse that served as a precursor to the contemporary "mini-storage"-type facility; and as a finely detailed contributor to the industrial history and distinctive streetscape of Dallas' Deep Ellum District.
