Magnolia Building

The Magnolia Building is a Beaux-arts influenced steel structure with a limestone finish and detailing. It was built by Magnolia Petroleum, later known as Socony and Mobil Oil. The Flying Red Horse on the roof, erected in 1934, is a symbol of the City of Dallas.​
