Munger Place Historic District

One of the early deed-restricted subdivisions, ca. 1905, developed by Dallas cotton gin entrepreneur Munger Brothers, reflecting strong Prairie Four Square architectural influences, with symmetrical facades, broad porches and eaves, low hipped roofs. Over 200 homes represent the largest intact collection of Prairie-influenced structures in North Texas.
