SDC Engineering Division remains operational to serve the development community.  With the recent county order and to keep a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff, the following procedures have been implemented to ensure continuous services, even in a remote operation scenario.

• All new Engineering plans and service requests must be submitted electronically.
• All meetings will be conducted via teleconferencing, Microsoft Teams or your own virtual conference platform (access link and phone number must be provided). Please email us to request a meeting with your available times.
• All staff will be available by email every workday between the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm.  Please allow 24-48 hours for responses.
