    Milestones/Updates:

    As of 4/30/2022, the PBW contractor completed cleanup of 1,363 unimproved alleys; two alleys were not cleaned as once field inspected, it was determined that no cleanup was needed. After field verification a total of 33 alleys were selected for further investigation for inclusion in the Alley to Trail Pilot Program; however, 14 alleys were approved to move forward with construction, an additional eight were contingent upon approval from the Landmark Commission, all of which were approved (three were approved with lighting conditions) for a total of 22 alleys. Completion percentage relates to the construction of the Alley to Trail Conversion projects, as the cleanup portion of the effort was completed in April. Weather permitting, all construction will be completed Nov-Dec 2022.

    User Acceptance Training is complete and now currently pending Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCIDSS), which must be tested and approved prior to go live.
