Municipal election issues and other matters needing legal interpretation pertaining to state laws are referred to the Attorney General of the State of Texas.
Collection consists of opinions of the Attorney General and Assistant Attorney General on matters relating to election official salaries, veterans’ voting eligibility, and election orders posting policies.
