​Scope and Content

Collection contains a document reporting the evaluation of City of Dallas government.

The goal of the study was to gain insight into the way in which Dallas citizens and employees evaluate city government with regard to the following three topics:

•  quality of service provided
•  level of competence and morale of employees
•  desirability of the city as a place of employment

Part I investigates the image that the City of Dallas has established among both the general public and selected city employees.  Part II investigates the image projected by the city to an objective viewer.  Part III provides conclusions and recommendations of the study.
