Collection contains the manual given to City Council members for the annual management planning session.
This all-day meeting occurred at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Society during which the fourteen council members and the mayor discussed the following topics:
• Economic developments (public/private incentives and tax abatements)
• Capital bond program implementation
• Trinity River corridor development
• City Charter issues (council compensation and governance)
• 1996 council calendar
