Use DallasGo to pay your water bill online



DallasGo offers a convenient way to pay your bills online. With DallasGo you can view your balance,  set up secure automatic payments, change payment methods or update your account information. The DallasGo platform is also mobile-friendly, allowing you to make secure payments from a computer, tablet or smartphone. And you can make quick one-time payments using the Guest Pay feature without logging in or creating a profile. 


Here's how to get started with DallasGo:

    • Click here to register on DallasGo. All you will need is the account number and the service address as they appear on your bill. When adding your account to your profile, you will be asked to provide your House Number. For example, if your address is 1234 Main Street, you will enter only 1234 in the House Number field.
    • If you were previously registered for automatic payments and you want to continue using this convenient option on DallasGo, you must re-enroll in AutoPay


If you need assistance with obtaining your account number or have questions about registering for a DallasGo profile, you can click here to request assistance. You may also call DWU Customer Service at 214-651-1441, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday or send an email to dallasgo@dallas.gov.  


Customers with a past due balance of more than 60 days can email dwupaymentplan@dallas.gov for assistance with establishing a payment plan.
