Weather Alert: Current freezing temperatures can result in burst pipes and costly damages to your home. DWU customers that need assistance with turning off their water service due to burst pipes may call 3-1-1 for assistance.

Customer Notice: Due to the inclement weather and the delay in processing lockbox mail, DWU is temporarily suspending the following actions: application of late payment charges, mailing of delinquent notices and disconnection of water services. The impacted invoices are dated January 30th and January 31st and late fees will not accrue.

Las facturas afectadas tienen fecha de 30 y 31 de enero y no se acumularán cargos por mora. Toilet replacement program helps Dallas residents save water and money

No lawn watering between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from April 1 to Oct. 31

Dallas Environmental Education Initiative (EEI) - This program is offered by the City of Dallas to educate school children on the importance of water conservation and recycling. Lessons are currently available to registered DISD schools for Kindergarten to 5th Grade classes.
