DallasGo: A new way to pay your water bill
Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) is excited to introduce DallasGo, the new online payment platform for paying your water bill and other City of Dallas bills. DallasGo, powered by Paymentus, is replacing the ePay payment system in the spring of 2024. DallasGo offers a more convenient way for customers to pay their bills and manage their account.
On DallasGo you can view your balance, check your billing history, change payment methods or update your account information. The new DallasGo platform is also mobile-friendly, allowing you to make secure payments from a computer, tablet or smartphone. And you can make quick one-time payments using the Guest Pay feature without a user ID and password.
The transition to DallasGo is easy. If you already have an ePay online account for paying your City of Dallas water bill, you will receive an email when it’s time to set a new password and activate your DallasGo profile. If you were registered for automatic payments, you must re-enroll in AutoPay and provide your banking or credit/debit card information on DallasGo.
Customers who have not accessed their DWU bills online before can register to create a new profile and link their water account with the DallasGo platform when it goes live. All you will need is the account number and service address as they appear on your paper bill. It’s that easy!
