Nadia began her public service with the Office of the City Auditor in October 2022, after earning her Bachelor's in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Accounting and Finance from University of Texas at Arlington. Nadia is responsible for assisting in executing audit projects based upon a City-wide risk assessment and conformance with Government Auditing Standards.

Prior to working in the field of audit, Nadia worked at 7-Eleven Corporation as a Full-Cycle Lead Recruiter responsible for store level staffing in multiple states. She has an extensive background in the sales and retail industry. These roles taught Nadia how unique department processes achieve common goals, as well as the importance of collaborating with different business areas to maximize the impact of our public service.

Nadia is a member of the Association of Local Government Auditors (ALGA), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and Association of Airport Internal Auditors (AAIA).
