Digital Navigators Program

The City of Dallas is committed to closing the digital divide, as outlined in our Broadband and Digital Equity Strategic Plan. The Digital Navigators Program, in partnership with Dallas Innovation Alliance, provides tailored support in digital literacy, technology access, and essential internet resources—empowering Dallas residents to connect, grow, and succeed in today’s digital economy.

Services Offered to Qualifying Residents

    Digital Skills Classes

    Workshops on internet and computer basics, online safety, job search skills, accessing essential services, and more.

  •  

    Access to Technology and Internet Resources

    Residents receive access to devices, Wi-Fi, and computers, along with enrollment support for affordable internet plans, including the Lifeline program.

  •  

    Request a Digital Ambassador

    Community organizations can request one-on-one walk-in support and digital skills classes to serve additional communities.
