The Nighttime Economy and Responsible Hospitality division leads a shared vision to support, attract, and retain business by utilizing city resources across multiple departments to balance public safety and quality of life while creating a positive social experience for all residents and visitors.

The division provides customer service, informs and guides hospitality businesses, increases understanding of city regulations and requirements, and administers the Commercial Promoter Registration program.
