Making a plan is the second step to prepare for a disaster. When making a plan, consider everyone in your household. Start by creating an Emergency Plan that accounts for all members of your family.  You should include Infants & Young Children, Seniors, and those who may have Access and Functional Needs. Pets should also be included into your plan. 

Visit the Family Communication Plan to include creating a plan on how all members of your family will communicate in the event of a power or phone outage.
