The following types of service requests may be submitted online: missed collections, billing disputes, roll cart issues, cost-plus/on-demand service, pack-out requests, Helping Hands requests, commercial services, dead animal collection, and property damage.
Unresolved Issues
If you have previously submitted a request for service online or through 311, and it was not fully resolved within the time period provided to you, please let us know. Contact the Director's Office at (214) 670-3555, or email SanitationDirector@dallas.gov with details of your service issue. Someone from the Director's Office will contact you within 72 hours to provide assistance.
Brush and Bulky Item Collection Fee Disputes
A fee for collection of oversize and non-compliant set outs is automatically assessed to a customer's City utility bill, in accordance with Dallas City Code Section 18-4.

Event Participation Requests
If you would like a Sanitation representative to speak at your community meeting or staff an information table at your event, please submit an Event Request Form or contact our outreach team at
SanOutreach@dallas.gov.
Right-of-Way Maintenance Notifications
Public utility agencies and sub-contractors should notify Sanitation of right-of-way maintenance that may impact recycling and garbage collection operations by emailing SAN.ROWnotifications@dallas.gov.
