​Water and wastewater service installations by a city contractor are no longer offered. If you need to proceed with establishing water and/or wastewater service, a new permit must be obtained utilizing a bonded contractor. For a current list of bonded contractors, visit bit.ly/CODBondedContractors or send an email to the Planning and Development Department (PDD) at biwaterwastewater@dallas.gov.

Permit holders with questions can call 214-948-4606 or email PDD at biwaterwastewater@dallas.gov and provide their contact information. If you would like to request a refund for an existing water or wastewater service permit, please contact dwurefunds@dallas.gov.
