The fourth Annual Domestic Violence Task Force Report was released to on October 26, 2018. The report, prepared by Dr. Denise Paquette Boots and Dr. Timothy Bray of the Institute for Urban Policy Research at the University of Texas at Dallas, provides a snapshot analysis of the response by police, prosecutors and advocates to domestic violence in Dallas.
