The Human Rights Division works on the development of a wide range of efforts with a​ human-centered focus:

• ADA Compliance and infrastructure improvement program
• Veterans Affairs Commission
  
• Disability Communities 
• Anti-Human Trafficking,  LGBTQ+,  community efforts to develop a human rights plan
• Chapter 46 Enforcement 
  

Chapter 46  provides the opportunity for every person to obtain employment, access to all places of public accommodation, and housing, without regard to sexual orientation or gender identity and expression.
