Dallas residents obtain a great deal of their news and information through the Internet. In order to continue reaching as large an audience as possible, Stormwater Management has strategically placed online banners on the websites of local television stations. The banners rotate to provide information on the harmful effects pet waste, used oil, grass clippings and fertilizers, and pesticides and herbicides can have as they are picked up and carried by stormwater directly to area waterways.​
