You may pay your bill Online by going to the City of Dallas ePay site. Once you enroll in this service you can pay your bill online each month. Payments will be posted to your account within 2 business days. You must provide an e-mail address so that an e-mail can be sent to you each month when your bill has been posted. You will be able to view your bills online for 13 months. There is no charge for this service.
AutoPay
AutoPay is easy and convenient. It allows for an automatic debit from your checking, savings or credit card account. The charges will be debited from your account and credited to your water bill account each month on the due date of your water bill. There is no charge for this service. AutoPay can be initiated Online at the City of Dallas ePay site and you will find answers to most frequently asked questions in the FAQ section of the sign in page.
By Mail
Enclose the bottom portion of your statement with your payment in the return envelope provided. Do not mail cash. Use a check or money order when paying by mail.

By PhoneYou may pay your bill by phone using our automated telephone system at (214) 651-1441. This option is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Night Deposit Box
A night deposit box is located at Dallas City Hall on Marilla Street between Ervay and Akard .
Past Due Bills
When a bill is not paid before the next billing date, the past due amount will appear on the next bill. If the past due bill becomes delinquent, a termination notice will be mailed. If you receive a termination notice, it is too late to mail your payment . Please pay using an alternate method (see above). Contact customer service for payment verification and cancellation of disconnection.
